FETTUCCINE ALFREDO 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. or 1 stick butter
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Milk to thin
Garlic powder to taste
Fettuccine noodles, cooked & drained

Melt over a low flame the cream cheese and butter. Add some milk to thin. Mix in Parmesan cheese. Add garlic powder to taste. Add more milk until it reaches a sauce consistency. Serve over fettuccine noodles.
