CAJUN CHICKEN OVER RICE 
2 lbs. boneless chicken
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
5 lg. tomatoes, peeled and chopped
2 lg. onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. soy sauce
1-2 tsp. ground pepper
1 tsp. dried whole basil
1 tsp. dried whole oregano
1 tsp. dried whole marjoram
Rice, enough whole wheat or natural whole long grain to serve six.

Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces. Sprinkle with garlic powder and set aside. Combine tomatoes and remaining ingredients except rice in a Dutch oven. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.

Add chicken and return to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes more, or until meat is tender. Serve over hot rice. Serves 6
