ASPARAGUS SESAME 
2 lb. fresh asparagus
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
Toasted sesame seeds

Trim ends from asparagus. Place spears in a bowl for steaming. Mix oils, soy sauce, and sugar. Pour over asparagus. Steam, covered, for 15 minutes. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
