SESAME SHRIMP & ASPARAGUS 
1 1/2 lb. asparagus
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
1/3 c. oil
2 sm. onions, sliced
1 1/2 lb. shelled, deveined lg. shrimp
4 tsp. soy sauce
1 1/4 tsp. salt

Cut cleaned asparagus into 2 inch pieces; set aside.

In 12 inch skillet over medium heat, toast sesame seeds until golden; remove to small bowl.

In same skillet cook asparagus, onions and shrimp in hot oil over medium heat until shrimp are pink and vegetables are tender-crisp. Stir frequently, about 5-8 minutes. Stir in sesame seed, soy sauce and salt. Makes 4-6 servings. Low calorie treat!
