ASPARAGUS WITH SESAME SEEDS 
1 1/2 lbs. fresh asparagus (thin)
2 tbsp. oriental sesame oil
4 tsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. white vinegar
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. toasted sesame seeds

Clean and wash asparagus. Cut into 2 inch lengths. Bring 1 quart of water to boil then drop asparagus lengths in for 2 minutes. Remove from boiling water. Pour dressing over asparagus and toss. Let set for half hour. Can be served warm, room temperature or cold.
