BLUEBERRY BUCKLE 
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 c. blueberries

TOPPING:

1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter

Sift together flour, salt baking powder. Cream shortening with sugar. Add beaten eggs, milk, dry ingredients, lemon juice and blueberries. Bake in 9 inch pan. Sprinkle topping on. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes.
