BORDER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chilis
1 med. onion, chopped
1 sm. can tomato puree
1 soup can water
1/2 pkg. cooked lg. noodles
1 c. grated cheese for top

Brown ground meat and onions. Add all other ingredients and simmer until the water is cooked out and meat is done. Put in a baking dish and top with the grated cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
