SAUSAGE PIE 
1 lb. pork sausage, cooked and drained
2 pie crusts shells, unbaked
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1 sm. jar sliced mushrooms, drained (can use fresh)
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, beaten (3 if they are small)
1 sm. can evaporated milk

Divide cooked and drained sausage into bottom of pie crusts. Saute onions, pepper and mushrooms. Combine cheese, flour an seasonings, stir into onion mixture. Layer over meat. Blend eggs and milk. Pour over other ingredients. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
