CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
Chinese parsley (opt.)
1/2 lb. cooked & shredded white chicken
4 green onions, shredded
1 sm. head lettuce, shredded
1 tbsp. sesame seed, toasted
2 oz. salfron or rice sticks
Bean threads

Toast sesame seeds in frying pan until lightly browned. Use no oil. Deep fry salfron a handful at a time. Takes only 5 seconds for thread to "puff". Combine all ingredients and add dressing before serving.

DRESSING:

1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. oil
