COTTAGE PIE 
2 tbsp. butter
1 or 2 c. diced leftover meat
3 tbsp. flour
1 med. can vegetable soup
Leftover mashed potatoes

Melt butter in pan and brown the meat. Sprinkle the flour over the meat and blend well. Add soup and stir until thick and boiling. Pour into baking dish and cover with layer of leftover mashed potatoes. Place in moderate oven to brown, about 15 minutes.
