DONE AND BUTTERED | |
2 c. Bisquick 1 stick butter, softened 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream Stir sour cream and Bisquick into softened butter. Mix well (do not beat). Fill greased miniature muffin tins, bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Muffins will be soft in the middle. Makes about 30 muffins. For large muffin tins, bake at 400 degrees, 20 minutes. Makes 12 muffins. Serve hot. |
