CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
6 c. water
3/4 c. onion, chopped
1 tsp. pepper
8 oz. shredded cheese
1 c. cream
1/2 c. flour
1 pkg. broccoli
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. water

Bring water to boil. Add broccoli and onion; boil 10 minutes. Add seasonings and cheese; stir until cheese melts. Add milk, cream and butter; stir until boiling. Stir together flour and 1/2 cup water, then slowly add to soup mixture.
