SANGRIA 
2 oranges
1 bottle dry red wine
4 to 6 tbsp. sugar
2 c. ice cubes
2 tbsp. brandy
1 lemon, sliced thin
1/4 c. lemon juice

Cut peel from 1 orange in one long spiral. Drop into a 1 1/2 quart pitcher (glass). Pour in wine. Squeeze juice from both oranges and add to wine. Blend in lemon juice, sugar and ice cubes. Add brandy and thin lemon slices. Allow to stand in refrigerator overnight. Serve in large round goblets with fresh strawberry garnish. Serves: 4 to 6.
