GOLDEN SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
8 slices dry bread, trimmed, buttered & cubed
2 c. cooked whole shrimp
1 (3 oz.) can broiled mushrooms, sliced & drained
1/2 lb. sharp processed American or Old English cheese, shredded
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 to 1 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of pepper
Dash of paprika or cayenne pepper
2 c. milk

Place half of the bread cubes in greased baking dish. Add shrimp, mushrooms and half of the cheese. Top with remaining bread and cheese. Beat eggs and seasonings; add milk and pour over the mixture in the baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.

Makes 5 to 6 servings.
