BLINTZ LOAF 
1 stick butter
1 lb. cottage cheese
1/2 c Bisquick
3 tbsp sugar
3 eggs

Melt butter and blend with cottage cheese in a bowl with mixer until smooth. Slowly add Bisquick and sugar. Blend well. Add eggs one at at time. Pour mixture into greased loaf pan.

Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes. Serve with jam and/or sour cream.
