OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1 lg. egg, beaten
1 tbsp. water
1/2 to 1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 c. butter

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix together flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, in bowl suitable for coating chicken. Blend egg and water. Coat chicken with flour mixture, dip in egg mixture, then coat with bread crumbs.

Melt butter in 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking pan in 400 degrees oven. Place chicken in pan. Bake until chicken is tender, about 30 minutes, turning after 15 minutes, to brown both sides. 4 servings.
