OVEN-FRIED CHICKEN PARMESAN 
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (2 1/2 - 3 lb.) broiler-fryer, cut up
1/4 c. butter, melted

Combine egg and milk; stir well. Combine flour, Parmesan cheese, paprika and salt, stirring well.

Dip each piece of chicken in egg mixture; dredge in flour mixture, coating well. Place chicken in a 13"x9"x2" baking dish. Drizzle butter over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Yield: 4 servings.
