BEEF TENDERLOIN | |
1 beef tenderloin (white casing removed) 1 c. dry sherry 1 c. oil (1/4 c. of which is sesame oil) 1 c. soy sauce 1 tsp. Tabasco 1 garlic clove, minced Mix sherry, oil, soy, Tabasco and garlic. Pour over beef and marinate four hours. Remove beef from marinade. Heat oven to 475 degrees or 500 degrees. Roast meat, very rare, 25 minutes; rare, 30 minutes. Serves 8 to 10. |
