VANILLA CHIP FRUIT TART 
3/4 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
Vanilla filling
Fruit filling

Step 1: Heat oven to 300 degrees. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy, blend in flour. Press mixture into bottom and side of 12 inch pizza pan. Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool.

VANILLA FILLING:

10 oz. Hershey vanilla chips, melted
1/4 c. whipping cream, whipped (Cool Whip will also work)
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese

Mix well and spread onto crust.

FRUIT TOPPING:

1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Assorted fresh fruit (I use strawberry, kiwi & peaches)

In small saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch. Stir in juices. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until thick. Cool completely. Arrange fresh fruit on vanilla topping. Drizzle with cooled gel.
