Betty Crocker instant potatoes 4 oz. whipped cream cheese 1 beaten egg Prepare instant potatoes as per instructions on box (6 servings). Add 4 ounces whipped cream cheese and beat with electric mixer until smooth. Add one beaten egg and beat again. You may add chopped onions or parsley for flavor. Bake in one quart greased casserole dish. Top with one tablespoon of butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes (no cover). Delicious mashed potatoes can be prepared a day ahead. Serves 6. |
