CHOP SUEY 
1 lb. hamburger (brown & drain)
1 can bean sprouts, drained
2 med. onions, chopped
1/2 c. uncooked minute rice
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. water

Brown and drain hamburger; add other ingredients and mix well. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Before serving, cover with 1 (#2) can chow mein noodles.
