STRAWBERRY CAKE 
3 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 white cake mix
1 pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed & drained, reserve 1/4 pkg.

Combine all ingredients; mix well and pour into greased and floured 9"x12" pan or 2 (8") square pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes.

FROSTING:

Remaining strawberries
2-3 c. powdered sugar
4 tbsp. butter or cream cheese

Combine all ingredients with electric mixer. Add the extra cup powdered sugar for a thicker frosting. Spread on cooled cake.
