SQUASH RELISH 
14 c. sliced yellow squash
2 tbsp. plain salt

Let set overnight. Then drain and rinse. 2 c. chopped onions 2 tbsp. mustard seed 5 c. sugar 2 tbsp. turmeric 2 jars pimento 5 c. vinegar

Simmer sugar, vinegar, turmeric and mustard seed; add vegetables. Bring to boil for 5 minutes. Seal in hot jars.
