SQUASH RELISH 
8 c. fresh squash cut in bite size cubes
2 red bell peppers, chopped
2 green bell peppers, chopped
4 c. onions
2 pods hot peppers
3 c. sugar
2 c. vinegar
2 tsp. mustard powder
2 tsp. celery seed

Soak 3 hours in salt water. Mix and bring to boil for 5 minutes and place in jars and seal.
