CHOCOLATE-COKE CAKE 
2 sticks butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. Coke

2 c. sifted flour
2 c. sugar

2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

The batter is thin with marshmallows floating on top. Bake in rectangular pan at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. Coke

Pour 1 box confectioners' sugar into saucepan with above mixture and beat with electric mixer until smooth. Stir in 1 cup pecan pieces; then return to heat for 2 minutes. Pour hot icing over cake that has been partially cooled and left in pan.
