EASTER BUNNY BREAD 
1 pkg. hot roll mix
3/4 c. very hot water
2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1 c. confectioners' sugar
3-5 tsp. milk
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1 yeast packet

Dissolve yeast packet in 3/4 cup hot water in a large bowl. Stir in sugar and egg. Add roll mix. Mix well. Cover. Let rise in warm place for 40 minutes. Knead dough on lightly floured surface until smooth. Shape half of dough to look like a bunny. The other half, shape as bunny's ears.

Bake on greased baking sheet for 35 minutes at 375 degrees. When cool blend confectioners' sugar, milk and vanilla in small bowl. Decorate bread as desired.
