ENGLISH WALNUT BROCCOLI 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
2 c. milk
1/3 c. water
3 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
1/3 c. chopped walnuts

Arrange the broccoli in a lightly oiled 10 x 6 x 2 or 9 inch square baking dish; set aside. melt 1/4 cup butter in a heavy saucepan; add flour and bouillon granules, stirring until smooth. Cook 1 minute; add milk slowly, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly. Pour mixture evenly over the broccoli.

Combine the water and 3 tablespoons butter in a saucepan; cook over low heat until butter melts. Stir in stuffing mix and chopped walnuts. Arrange evenly over broccoli and sauce mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serves 6 to 8.
