SALAD DELIGHT 
1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c. white vinegar
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
2 c. diced pineapple
2 c. white grapes or cherries, halved
2 oranges, diced
2 c. marshmallows, cut in fourths

Whip eggs in top of double boiler. Add sugar and vinegar. Cook until thick and smooth and add butter. Cool. Add cooled dressing or sauce not whipped cream. Combine fruits and marshmallows after draining fruit well. Fold in dressing to cover fruit. Cover bowl. Chill overnight or longer. Serve in lettuce cups.
