CONGO SQUARES 
1 stick butter
1 box brown sugar
3 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
2 3/4 c. self rising flour
1 pkg. semi sweet chocolate morsels
1 c. chopped nuts

Melt butter. Stir in brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, flour, chocolate morsels and nuts. Bake in large rectangular baking dish (preferably glass) at 250 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown.
