ANGEL FOOD PIE 
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. cold water
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
3 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 graham cracker crust

Place in double boiler pineapple, water, sugar and salt. When mixture reaches boiling add cornstarch. Cook until thick. Cool, add egg whites. Stir well. Pour in crust cover with whipped cream. Sprinkle with nuts.
