ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk or sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 to 1 c. chocolate chips

Cream together sugar, butter, and oil. Add eggs, vanilla, and buttermilk and stir well. Mix together flour, allspice, cinnamon, salt, soda, and cocoa. Add to creamed mixture and mix well. Add zucchini and stir until well blended. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
