HOT SPINACH BALLS 
1 box frozen, chopped spinach, cooked
1 c. herb seasoned dressing mix
1 sm. onion, grated
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Cool and drain spinach. Add all other ingredients; refrigerate for 2 hours. Shape into balls. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
