KIDNEY BEAN SALAD 
2 cans kidney beans (16 oz. size)
1 tbsp. grated onion
1/4 c. pickle relish
1/4 c. ketchup
Mayonnaise or salad dressing
Lettuce
3 tomatoes, quartered

Drain beans. Combine with onion, relish and ketchup. Add enough mayonnaise or salad dressing to hold ingredients together. Chill. Serve on crisp lettuce; garnish with quartered tomatoes. Makes 6 servings.
