CARAMEL BISCUITS 
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13 inch cake pan with Pam. Then, if you like, spread raisins or chopped walnuts in bottom of pan.

Layer 3 tubes of buttermilk biscuits in the bottom of the cake pan. Sprinkle some cinnamon and sugar over the biscuits. Boil for 1 to 2 minutes:

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. vanilla ice cream
1 stick butter (butter)

Pour over biscuits, then bake for 22 minutes. Flip over onto an aluminum foil lined cookie sheet.
