ANTIPASTA SALAD 
1 lg. box spiral noodles
1 head of broccoli
1 head cauliflower
2 cucumbers, chopped
1 can black olives, chopped
3 carrots, sliced
8 green onions, chopped
1 lg. bottle of your favorite Italian dressing
Pepperoni
Mozzarella cheese

Cook noodles according to box directions. Rinse under cold water; drain. In large bowl, with lid, add vegetables and pour Italian dressing over top. Place lid on bowl and shake. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving. Before serving shake well. Garnish top with pepperoni and mozzarella cheese.
