SPANISH CHICKEN 
1 whole chicken, boiled & chopped
1 sm. can green chilies
3-4 green onions, chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 pt. sour cream
6 oz. pkg. seasoned tortilla chips, crushed
8 oz. longhorn cheese, grated

Mix first five ingredients. Layer crushed tortilla chips in bottom of baking dish. Pour chicken mixture over chips. Sprinkle top with grated cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
