DOUBLE FUDGE CAKE 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

BASE:

1 pkg. chocolate cake mix (pudding in)
3 eggs
1/3 c. oil
1 c. water

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Use 13 x 9 inch pan. In a small bowl, blend all Filling ingredients. Beat at high speed until smooth; set aside. In large bowl, mix cake mix, eggs, oil, and water. Beat 2 minutes at high speed. Pour half the batter into pan. Pour cream cheese mixture to cover. Pour remaining batter over filling. Bake 45 to 55 minutes. Test with toothpick. Cool. Frost with your favorite frosting.
