HERBED PECANS 
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne
Dash bottled hot pepper sauce
1 lb. pecan halves

In heavy skillet, melt butter. Stir in Worcestershire, salt, cinnamon, garlic powder, cayenne and hot pepper sauce. Add pecans and toss until nuts are well coated. Place in single layer in 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch baking pan. Bake in 300 degree oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring often until nuts are brown and crisp.

Makes about 4 cups.
