5 1/2 c. plum juice 7 1/2 c. sugar 1 box Sure Jell Bring juice and Sure Jell to rolling boil. Add sugar and bring back to rolling boil. Boil 1 minute. Take off heat, skim off top and fill jars - can. | |

I used this recipe today to use up some plum juice that I put up this summer. They are cooling on the tale now and look beautiful. The jelly that I licked of the spoon was good.. and it looks like they are setting up as they cool. This is a great recipe!
