MARINATED PORK BALLS 
1 lb. ground pork
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. onion salt
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix the above ingredients well and form into meatballs. Place in casserole pan.

SAUCE:

1/2 c. catsup
1 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar (scant)

Mix the above ingredients and pour over meatballs. Let set in refrigerator about 1 hour. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Can garnish with pineapple or apple rings.
