LEMON MAYONNAISE 
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 heaping tsp. dry mustard
Dash each of cayenne pepper & salt
1 c. vegetable oil or olive oil

In electric blender, blend all ingredients, except oil. With machine still running slowly, add oil in steady stream just until mixture thickens, about 1 minute.

NOTE: This is delicious in potato salad or spread on ham sandwiches with sliced ripe tomatoes.
