TAFFY APPLE SALAD 
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drain pineapple and save juice, adding 1 tbsp. flour

Combine the pineapple with the marshmallows.

DAY 2:
Pineapple juice with 1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
1 egg, beaten

Cook above ingredients slowly until thick like a custard. Cool in refrigerator for 1/2 hour. Add to the mixture from day 1.

DAY 3:
1 lg. carton Cool Whip
2 c. unpeeled Jonathon apples, about 3 apples
1 1/2 c. Spanish peanuts

Cut apples into small chunks. Chop the peanuts into fine pieces. You may buy chopped peanuts. Mix together. Add to the mixture from day 2. Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top for appearance.
