SWISS AND SHRIMP QUICHE 
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. half & half
4 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. cooked shrimp, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
9" unbaked pie shell

Toss cheese with flour. Add half & half, eggs, shrimp and seasonings; mix well. Pour into pastry shell. Bake in 350 degree oven for 60 minutes or until set. Serves 6.
