CRISPY BAKED FISH FILLETS 
1 lb. fish fillets
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. basil
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. crushed corn flakes

Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Wash and dry fillets. Season and dip into oil and coat with crumbs. Add seasonings. Arrange in a single layer in a lightly oiled shallow baking pan. Bake 10 minutes without turning. This method produces a crisp-coating almost like deep-fried fish.
