LEMON SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. hot water
10 marshmallows, cut
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. green pepper
1 c. whipped cream or Cool Whip
1 sm. can drained crushed pineapple
1/2 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip

Add package of lemon Jello to hot water and 10 cut-up marshmallows. Let set until jelly consistency, then beat. Add to above celery, cheese, green pepper, Cool Whip, and pineapple and mayonnaise. Put in ring mold or Tupperware ring mold and refrigerate.
