ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
3 c. zucchini cubed and partially cooked and drained
1/2 c. chopped onion (more if desired)
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. cubed cheese
2 pieces toast
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Cook hamburger with onion and green pepper until pink is out of hamburger Drain. Make layers of hamburger, zucchini, and crumbled toast until all is used. On top, put cubed cheese. Pour tomato sauce over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
