HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 lg. onion, finely chopped
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of beef broth or consomme
1/2 c. sour cream

Brown beef and saute onion. Pour off any excess fat. Blend in undiluted soups. Simmer 10 minutes. Thicken with a little flour, if desired. Add sour cream just before serving over noodles or rice.
