BEEF STROGANOFF 
3 lb. lean round steak, cubed
Butter
4 tbsp. flour
1 can (10 oz.) consomme
1 can (10 oz.) tomato soup
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 can (8 oz.) mushroom stems & pieces
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. sour cream

Brown meat in butter and flour. Add next 5 ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook, stirring constantly until sauce boils and thickens. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally for 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender. Add sour cream and serve over rice or noodles. Serves 8.
