ICE CREAM DESSERT 
70 Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 stick butter (melted)
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding (sm.)
1 1/2 c. milk

Blend together crackers, butter and nuts. Pat into a 9x13 dish to form a crust. Soften ice cream. Blend pudding and milk together and pour into softened ice cream. Blend. Pour over crumb crust. Sprinkle top with 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Chill.
