BANANA PUDDING 
1 can Carnation milk
1 lg. banana
1 box vanilla wafers
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Combine sugar and flour in saucepan, add small amount of canned milk, mix well, add 2 beaten egg yolks, mix well, add remaining can of milk. Fill milk can with water - add to mixture and mix well. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick. Pour into a casserole dish lined with vanilla wafers, and bananas alternately.

ICING:

2 egg whites
1/3 c. sugar

Beat 2 egg whites until foamy. Add sugar gradually. Pour on top of dish, bake at 300 degrees until brown.
